Scope of work: Transforming the living room into a purposeful, curated, and comfortable space.

The fireplace (although gorgeous) overwhelms the room with its scale.

The living room lacks sufficient seating to accommodate gatherings for this size home and is not functional when entertaining. The furniture does not harmonize with the home’s architectural style or the established style in the rest of the home.

Resolutions: Reduce the size of the hearth to maximize seating and entertaining.

Replace furniture with a cohesive collection of pieces that enhance both function and visual harmony.
